Our Facility
With the fourth generation of the Fleishman family managing our business, Jacob Fleishman & Sons has grown to operate in a large plant of nearly 170,000 square feet, to offer leading refrigerated and cold storage warehousing in the city of Miami, Florida. Our facility is surrounded by 10 acres of land that are family owned and maintained by our staff members who live in the surrounding area, making our entire company a private and secure space that is happily taken care of by its own employees.
- All operations are successfully conducted within our centrally located facility, with strategic access to main seaports including Port Everglades and Port of Miami.
- We also have convenient access to major airports including Fort Lauderdale and MIA International for the convenience of our customers nationwide and internationally.
- In addition, we are equipped with state-of-the-art power generators, 24-7 security on site, 26 loading docks, secured storage options, bonded warehousing, temperature-controlled loading, and the ability to offer variable temperatures ranging from cold to freezing depending on our customers unique needs and specifications.
